Cottage cheese cutlets with celery and poached egg
A healthy breakfast does not have to consist of oatmeal or raw vegetables. From the usual products that are likely to be in your refrigerator, you can cook a very delicious diet dish, for example, cottage cheese cutlets with celery. You will significantly increase the benefits of the usual syrniki by simply preparing them in a new manner. So, instead of fat cottage cheese - 1-4% cottage cheese, oat bran instead of wheat flour, celery instead of sugar and fruit, leeks and flaxseeds, and a poached egg instead of sour cream (see below).
Believe me, this dish is no worse than magnificent grandmother's pancakes, and there is much more benefit in it. Healthy food energizes, and does not put a heavy burden on your waist!

Ingredients for cottage cheese cutlets with celery and poached egg
- 200 g low-fat cottage cheese;
- 100 g of stem celery;
- 1 onion;
- 40 g leek;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- 1 chicken egg;
- 40 g of oat bran;
- 10 g of flax seeds;
- 15 g whole grain flour;
- salt, cooking oil, black pepper;
- 2 chicken eggs to serve.
The method of preparation of cottage cheese cutlets with celery and poached egg
In a pan, heat 5 ml of refined vegetable oil, add chopped garlic. Fry for a few seconds so that the oil incorporates the garlic spirit. Then add the finely chopped onion head, passer to a transparent state.
Cut the celery stalks into very small cubes, add to the sautéed onion.
Now put the leek chopped into rings. We leave a small part of the stem; we will need it for delivery.
Sprinkle vegetables with a small pinch of table salt, simmer over low heat for 7 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare the remaining ingredients for the minced meat. We wipe low-fat cottage cheese through a rare sieve so that there are no curdled lumps in the prepared cutlets.
Pour 4 g of small table salt, break the chicken egg, mix the ingredients. Instead of one large chicken egg, you can take 4-5 quail, in the finished dish there will be less harmful cholesterol.
Cool celery with onions, add to the cottage cheese. Never put very hot vegetables in mincemeat. Of course, nothing bad will happen, but it is better to mix products at about the same temperature.
Pour oat bran into a bowl. This useful product is rich in plant fiber, I advise you to completely replace wheat flour with bran in the preparation of cheesecakes or fritters.
Pour flax seeds, mix the ingredients.
We form small cutlets from cottage cheese stuffing, roll them in whole grain flour. We heat the vegetable oil in a pan, put the patties in the heated oil.
Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
In a pan, pour 1 liter of boiling water, add a tablespoon of vinegar, break the chicken egg. Cook the egg for 2 minutes - this cooking method is called poached.
On a plate we put a portion of cottage cheese cutlets with celery, a poached egg on top, sprinkle everything with freshly ground black pepper and leek rings. Immediately serve to the table. Enjoy your meal!
