As they say, there is no smoke without fire - the sharp radish smell scares away many. However, its benefits are great, so you can wash the chopped vegetables with cold boiled water or salt and leave for a while, so that the smell disappears.

Black Radish Salad Ingredients
- 1 black radish raw;
- 1 boiled beets;
- 1 apple
- bunch of green onions.
- 15 ml of soy sauce;
- 20 ml extra virgin olive oil;
- 1 2 lime;
- 5 g of brown sugar;
- 2 g of sea salt;
- 5-6 peas of black pepper.
The method of preparation of black radish salad
Raw radish with my brush, then peel. I usually peel it like a potato with a knife to peel vegetables.
First we cut the peeled radish with almost transparent plates, then chop them into thin strips. You can use a grater for Korean carrots.
Now that the radish is chopped, a small but solvable problem arises. This vegetable can be said to be "vigorous", and extremely fragrant. For those who want to remove the pungent odor, I advise sprinkling shredded radish with a pinch of salt, mix thoroughly, squeeze, leave for 20-30 minutes at room temperature.
Ripe sweet and sour apple peel, cut the core. Cut the apple into strips.
Cook the beets in their skins or bake in the oven. Recently, I really liked to bake beets in the sleeve in the oven. This process practically does not require any attention, the main thing is not to forget to turn on the kitchen timer, since it takes about 1 hour to bake.
So, we clean the cooled beets, cut into the same thin strips, as well as other vegetables.
A bunch of green onions chop finely. Instead of green onions, you can take leeks. You can also add ordinary onions to such a salad, but be sure to marinate them for 10-15 minutes in hot boiled water with vinegar to remove the bitterness.
We combine all the vegetables in a deep salad bowl, it remains to prepare the dressing sauce.
In a porcelain bowl, squeeze the juice from half of the lime (can be replaced with lemon), add soy sauce, brown sugar and salt. We mix the ingredients so that the salt and sugar are completely dissolved, gradually add extra virgin olive oil. Grind in a mortar or grind peas of black pepper, add to the finished dressing.
Pour dressing into a bowl of vegetables.
Mix the ingredients thoroughly so that the sauce is absorbed, leave in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.
