Vermicelli casserole with sausages and green beans is a great idea for breakfast or dinner. The dish turns out to be satisfying, reinforce with energy in the morning or replenish the spent calorie reserves in the evening. The ingredients are simple, the cooking process is the same.
Pasta casseroles are unsweetened - with vegetables, meat, sausages or sausage, and sweet - with dried fruits, cream and various spices. Sweet casseroles are usually served for dessert.
This dish can be prepared from any pasta, however, classic small vermicelli is the most suitable choice.

- 3 eggs;
- 200 ml of milk;

Pour 1.5 liters of water into the pan, pour 1 teaspoon of salt. When the water boils, pour the vermicelli, mix so that it does not stick to the bottom. After boiling, cook for 5 minutes, recline in a colander. Season the finished vermicelli with butter, mix, so it does not stick together.
Sausages cut into circles with a thickness of about half a centimeter. If you cook a casserole with boiled sausage or sausages, then cut the meat products into large cubes.
Mix sausages and vermicelli in a bowl.
Cut the ponytails of the bean pods, cut the pods coarsely. Put the chopped beans for 4 minutes in boiling salt water, remove it with a slotted spoon, add to the bowl.
We take out the frozen beans in advance from the freezer, leave at room temperature for 30 minutes, then blanch as well as fresh.
Break fresh chicken eggs into a bowl, add salt to taste, beat eggs with a whisk. It is not necessary to whip into a lush foam, it is enough to destroy the structure of the yolk and protein to obtain a homogeneous mass.
Add cold milk to the beaten eggs. For a more satisfying version of the dish, milk can be replaced with cream (fat content 10%).
Lubricate the refractory form with a thin layer of butter, sprinkle with wheat flour or semolina. We spread the vermicelli with sausages and beans in a mold, distribute in an even layer.
We pour the egg-milk mixture into the mold, it should completely cover the contents of the mold, but not reach the very edges so that when baking, the spray does not fly out onto the walls of the oven.
We grate hard spicy cheese on a fine grater. For this recipe, Russian, Poshekhonsky or cream cheese is suitable, it will also be delicious with parmesan.
Sprinkle grated cheese with casserole.
At this point, you can put thin slices of smoked bacon or smoked sausage on a casserole.
We heat the oven to a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius. We put the form on the middle shelf of the preheated oven. Cook the casserole from vermicelli for 25-30 minutes, until a golden crust forms on top.
