Do not rush to part with such fruits, they will come in handy. Moreover, the more ripe bananas, the more aromatic and tastier bread will be. An average banana weighs about 200 g (80 g - peel, 120 g - pulp), if the fruit is small, then take 3 pieces - it is better to add more bananas to the dough, but not less.

In a stewpan, melt the butter, it is not necessary to heat strongly, even on a small fire it will quickly melt. Pour the melted butter into a bowl with bananas and sugar.
Mix the ingredients with melted butter to lower the temperature of the mixture, break two large chicken eggs into a bowl, add ¼ teaspoon of salt to balance the sweet taste.
Sift into a bowl the highest grade wheat flour mixed with baking powder. You can combine in equal proportions whole grain and ordinary baking flour. Thoroughly mix the ingredients, do not need to knead strongly and whip such a dough, just mix enough so that there are no lumps of flour.
Pour almond petals into the dough, instead of almonds you can use any finely chopped nuts - walnuts, hazelnuts, cashews or peanuts.
Lubricate the high rectangular baking dish with a size of 12 x 22 centimeters with a thin layer of butter, sprinkle with wheat flour and spread the banana dough in a greased form with an even layer.
We heat the oven to a temperature of 170 degrees. Put the bread pan on the middle shelf of the oven, bake for about 40 minutes, maybe a little longer. The baking time depends on the characteristics of the stove, the readiness to simply check with a wooden stick - if the dough does not stick on the stick, then we take out the baking from the oven.
