Chicken Chicken Cutlets with Spinach and Cheese
What could be easier and tastier than regular cutlets? They put together almost everything that we love in a meat dish - they cook quickly, taste juicy, you can eat immediately with a side dish, and from the remaining ones you can build a hamburger or sandwich, in short, only good and tasty! Homemade chicken cutlets are cooked in 15 minutes, but I suggest making the recipe a bit more complicated, and make chicken breast cutlets with spinach and cheese. As a breading and an addition to mincemeat, use oatmeal instead of white bread and breadcrumbs: so, despite the fact that the patties are fried, there will be less harm to the figure.
Be sure to make sauce for cutlets, for example, classic Dutch, and prepare homemade mashed potatoes for a side dish.

A method of preparing chicken cutlets from chicken breast with spinach and cheese
In order to make a good stuffing of chicken, you do not need to deliver a meat grinder or stain a food processor, a sufficiently large cutting board and a sharp knife. Cutlets made from finely chopped meat always turn out to be juicy, unlike meat passed through a meat grinder.
Separate the chicken from the skin and bones, cut very finely.
Add raw chicken egg.
Finely chop a small bunch of green onions, which will make the meatballs even more juicy.
Add salt, a teaspoon of ground sweet paprika and finely chopped chili to the minced meat.
Pour oatmeal into cutlets, they absorb chicken juice and make the meat more tender. You can replace oatmeal with white bread, here, as they say, - "taste and color."
Mix the ingredients well, put them on the board and chop again with a knife, now all together.
We put the leaves of young spinach in boiling, salty water for 1-2 minutes, then lay it on a sieve. Press the cooled leaves carefully so that unnecessary water does not get into the patties.
From the minced meat we make a round flat cake, in the center of which we put finely chopped leaves of blanched and wrung spinach.
On a spinach we put a bar of any hard cheese, it’s very simple, it will be delicious anyway.
Gently fold the cutlet in the palm of your hand so that the cheese and spinach remain in its very center. Put the cutlet in oatmeal, roll on all sides.
In a non-stick pan, heat olive or vegetable oil for frying. We fry cutlets for 4 minutes on each side until a golden brown crust is formed. Then simmer under the lid over low heat for about another 5 minutes.
We serve cutlets with homemade sauce or ketchup and mashed potatoes, this classic combination of products will not leave anyone indifferent.
